Our production capacity
With an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons, our foundry has a resin sand molding line (no-bake process) allowing for efficient and reliable production.
We can notably:
- Manufacture cast iron parts weighing from 50 to 5 000 kilograms (110 to 11 023 pounds)
- Produce up to 6 molds per hour with high and constant repeatability
Our molds can reach dimensions of up to:
- 2 x 2,6 x 2 meters (78 x 102 x 78 inches) for automated lines, and
- 1,25 x 1,5 x 1 meters (50 x 60 x 40 inches) for semi-automated lines
