Our Sinto FBO-IIIS enables a molding rate of up to 160 molds per hour when uncored and between 100 to 120 molds per hour for cored molds.
Our casting is performed entirely automatically through an image analysis system. Casting parameters come directly from the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
